how can i compute 1D wavelet between 2 pixel of two frames

hi, im a beginner in matlab i have 2 frames in different time points(I1,I2). each of them are 512*512(m=512, n=512). i want to compute one dimensional wavelet between each pixel of frames, for example between pixel m1 of frame I1 & pixel n1 of frame I2 and so on for all the pixels of two frames. how should i do it? thanks
