Hello, I'm looking for an implementation of "AUTOMATIC FLAMINGO DETECTION USING A MULTIPLE BIRTH AND DEATH PROCESS" or "2D and 3D Vegetation Resource Parameters Assessment using Marked Point Processes" Does anyone know or has the code?

Yes, I programmed that up just yesterday. Seriously, you should contact the authors because the chance that any of the few of us here have the code for that specific paper is virtually nil.
