If so, then NO, it is not a "validated" tool box. User contributions to the File Exchange are not "validated".

You might wish to describe the symptoms you are observing.

Do you have EEG and fMRI toolbox?

fMRI is often handled by using SPM, https://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/ . It can also do some EEG work.

There are multiple EEG related toolboxes around. I have not done any EEG work myself, so I am not familiar with them.
