Weight importance of predictors in Classification Learner?

In the Classification Learner App, is there a way to weight the features/predictors? For instance, if I have 3 predictors, red green & blue, can I weight the importance of red and green as 0.25 each, and blue as 0.5?

The one workaround I've thought of is to simply duplicate the data to get the wanted ratios, i.e., using the above example, add another column of "blue" data so that there are two columns of blue data, as compared to one column of each red and green.
