MATLAB 2016b USRP Support Package. "findsdru" function does not recognize X310 model?

Hi to everyone,
I have X310 model USRP's. Their UHD version is 3.9.2. I know that MATLAB 2016b USRP support package has 3.9.4. When I use findsdru functions I get the following results:
>> findsdru
Platform: ''
IPAddress: ''
SerialNum: ''
Status: 'No devices found'
>> findsdru('192.168.10.2')
Platform: ''
IPAddress: '192.168.10.2'
SerialNum: ''
Status: 'Success'
If I use probesdru('192.168.10.2'), then MATLAB gives the detailed information about X310 model!
However, since findsdru command does not recognize the "Platform", I cannot use the step function to receive data.
However, when I run the " FM Receiver with USRP® Hardware " example by simulink, it works.
In short, some functions work and some don't. What might be the problem? UHD versions?

Please do update the UHD on your X310. You can use the sdruload function to do so. That function is documented here.

I just find that the solution for my case is to turn off the firewall. Hope it helps!

Sorry to hear that. I guess that is the software issue. You may try reinstall the OS if it does not bother you. I am working with MAC OS X.

I repeated the steps above with the 2017a version of the MATLAB. But the problem continues. I hope they solve this in 2018a.
