How can I compile multiple pcode into Java package

I did this using 2012a. I need to protect my codes so I have to compile multiple p-files as a Jar package.However, now I am using 2015a but the new version of deploytool said 'dimensions not consistent' How can I compile multiple pcode files into a Java package using 2015a? Thanks a lot!
