How can i write a program that draws 10 nested circles ?

hold on
for i=1:10
plot(i*cos(2*pi*t),i*sin(2*pi*t))
end
I tried this, but it isn't what I want.

You plotted concentric circles. You can improve the resolution with:
t = linspace(0, 1, 1000);
and make the circles look like circles rather than ellipses with:
axis equal
