Putting two x axes for comparison

This is my doubt: thoeretical value on x axis: 1,2,3,4,5,6 but experimental value : 0.1,0.2,0.3,....,4,5,6
In the plot, I want 0.1 to show as 1,2,4,..
that means i should do the following: 1-0.1 = 0.9 add 0.9 to each experimental value..
but on the plot, i want the original axes also for comparison..
How do I do this?
