Using values from Color Thresholder App

Hello. I am currently using the Color Thresholder App by tweaking the RGB components to get my ROI. The thing is I need to use it in code.
For example, here is the original image:
I used the image in the Color Thresholder App:
Changed the R component of the RGB, and got this:
Is there any way that I can get the final image from original image just by code?

Click the little down arrow on the Export button and tell it to export the code.
