how can I implement exe file?

I have an exe file and I want to execute it with system function I use the below code:
system(['E:/libsvm-3.11/windows/svm-scale -r Range_Watermarking feature_Test.txt > feature_Test.scale'])
but it cannot execute svm-scale and it say cannot open Range_Watermarking but this file is in the same folder. can you guide me? thanks in advance.

does it run from the regular command prompt? also there is one o this things ">" unmatched perhaps thats a syntax mistake (Although I dont know the syntax of your program)

The > is fine, that is output redirection to a file

What is the EXACT error message you receive when you run that command? Don't paraphrase, copy and paste.
