Different simulation results using UNC and non-UNC path

Hello everyone,
I have an issue with my Simulink models. I try to do the same simulation with two different path : - From my local network (I:) - From a UNC path (\\simu)
I am using the same model, the same configuration and the same Matlab release (Matlab R2009a) which is supose to support UNC path and the results are not the same.
I just take a screen of different variables on the figure below:

As we can see, there is a difference of the command at t=911 which is low but produce a huge difference later like at t = 7000 which is not acceptable.
Do you have an idea why can matlab produce different simulations results?
