How to cycle through analysis for all patients?

Hello,
I have made a function that holds all the variables for each patient that I have collected data from. Each patient has different input variables so I constructed the function to call these variables for each cycle of the analysis for each patient... [Patient_ID, smplrt, Contact_no, number_channels, number_blocks, study, notch_filter, delay_measured, Reserved1, Reserved2] = patient_info_database(Patient)
My question is how do I set up my main script so that the analysis is applied to each patient? In my database, I have set each patient as case 1, case 2, case 3... etc.
Any help would be appreciated.

Read about structures, tables in matlab. You can define your data either as structure or a table.
