Hey Ramesh,
If you are trying to delete the bus objects from your MATLAB workspace then you can simply use the "clear" command as following:
clear busobj
However, if you are referring to deleting the Bus Creator/Selector blocks, you can use the "delete" command to delete an existing System Object. You can use function to programmatically delete any block.
