Can MATLAB read data from Vector Maps like DGN ?

I'm working on Vector processing where data from a DGN map has to be processed. Is it possible in MATLAB to read data from a DGN map? If not, is there any alternate way in MATLAB to convert DGN into any of the supported formats?

Have you tried DXF, which can be easily readed and exported by matlab, dxf can also be converted to dgn using Bentley view V8i using following link: dxflib
read dxf
