Image processing on the GPU?

I need to run some basic image analysis routines -- mainly Euclidean bwdist and dilate/erode type operations -- on massive quantities of data and I was wondering if there were any GPU routines out there that could help. I found the IPT_ATI_PROJECT, which seems promising, and wanted to know if people have used it or if there were other options that did not require Jacket.

I am same problem. I need to implement face detection of the GPU using parallel computing toolbox. Kindly help me to proceed.
