i have a code for videotracing used optical flow method ,

i need to change the video by another , but i need to convert it to (.bin) , as i use this function "video.BinaryFileReader"

so how can i do it

I don't know what format a ".bin" file is. What was the original/source video format that "another" person supplied to you?

i need to change the video which called viptraffic to another one , but the another one called "cartrack.mp4" , i need to change the format to bin
