from excel value going through countourmap at specific axes

i was trying to do countourmap from the excel value... How to do contourmap and display at the specific axes in GUI (MATLAB)... please urgent... is it "B = get(handles.uitable2,'Data'); imshow(B,'Data',handles.axes5);".... Please help me... URGENT
