How to do numerical differentiation using Matlab?

Can anyone help me with doing numerical differentiation using matlab for the function on this image:
Where the function F(gamma) is given by eq (11) in the following image:
I have never done something like this on Matlab, so i appreciate it if you can give me an example or try to give me the initial steps for this equation.

Use "matlabFunction" or "subs" on the result to evaluate the derivatives numerically:
help matlabFunction
help subs

you mean after i use diff command, i have to use matlabFunction ? can you please provide me with an example or clarify your point? Thank you
