IMU Serial data real time plot

hey there. I am using serial port to transfer data obtained from IMU with 3 axis gyroscope and 3 axis accelerometer. Each Data contain 12 byte which each pair bytes are one axis. (example: byte #1 and #2 is 16_bit Xaxis acceleration measure) Now i want to plot the data with (plot) command and with Pahntom euler angles graphics. The Problem is Plotting the real time data has delay. Especially Monitoring data in Phantom euler angles graphics has huge delay. Can you help me with this? Even i welcome any other suggestion for plotting this data. Thanks Joe
