How do i change video write location

when i want to save a de-noised MPEG-1 video using Video Write function, during run-time i get an error named "Permission denied" how do i change the video write file saving location.

You didn't show what code you are using, but
v = VideoWriter(filename);
creates a video writer object for whatever filename you give it, where the filename can (should, ideally) include a full path.
