Matlab stuck at 'initializing' mode or Busy

When I open MATLAB it get stuck at "inizialiting" mode, and don't allow me do anything. I try to install the update 2017a but nothing change.I'm using a student license, but i think that licens is not the problem, because the 2015b release work on my desktop pc. What can I do?

Its crazy how it was a printer issue. I set the default printer to "Print to PDF" and it solved the issue!!!
