how to read japanese & english at a time using ocr function

i have scanned document which has content in japanese (symbols) & some numbers as (0123). i am using the ocr function in matlab to get the text & these numbers. if i change the language to japanese by using ocr(img,'Language','Japanese) i can read only the japanese content but not the numbers & if i use ocr(img,'CharaterSet','0123') i am getting only the numbers. is there a way i can read both the things at a time.
