I need read one column of cells from .xlsx file and then write to a .txt file.
Anyone can help me please?

% make some excel file
data = rand(10) ;
xlswrite('junk.xls',data) ;
% read the first column in excel file
[num,txt,raw] = xlsread('junk.xls','A:A') ;
% write to text file
save 'data.txt' num -ascii
There are other methods to save file. You may check fprintf, save, dlmwrite, etc.
