install issue for MATLAB R2016b

I just bought a new mac laptop and try to install the R2016b which I purchased license in 2015, I do have deactivated two previous registered licenses in my old laptops, but when I pass the verification of my license then it showed something like above and ceased installment.

Did you look in the log file like it told you to?
Anyway, the answer is in the FAQ - basically free telephone help from the Mathworks.
