I followed How can I install sdk 7.1 on windows 10 ??? to install SDK 7.1 and .net 4, Its really annoying problem, now i installed the SDK 7.1 but not the compiler since it requires .net 4 and windows 10 have 4.6 and don't gve the permission to install .net 4, help pleaseeeeeeeeee

I tried alot of suggestions: Turning off net 4.6, and installed net 3.5 package Editing the register client and full version to 4.03 instead of 4.6.... Even the unlocker tool So please I need an effective solution
