how to convert two demensional array into one demensional array

hi z1(p,q),it gives real part of the program and z2(p,q),it gives imaginary part of the program , means [z1(p,q)+iota z2(p,q)] form but i want to convert real and imaginary two demensional array into one demensional array like z(w) how ????

R = rand(10,1) ;
I = rand(10,1) ;
C = R+1i*I

it does not work ,it gives error p and q are for loops. (p,q)= (0,0 ),(0,2),(0,4),(0,6)..........(0,12) (1,3),(1,5).............(1,11) .................................. (12,2),.........................(12,12) means p-q=even total 47 features so suppose z1(0,0)=61.34241 and z2(0,0)=57.23412 give values we have z1(p,q)+ iota *z2(p,q) form but we want to combine these two demensional array into one demensional array i.e z(w) how????
