The documentation for MATLAB Distributed Computing Server contains a specific section titled "Installation". [If you're using an older release, there may be differences between those instructions that are for the most recent release and the instructions for the release you're using. In that case I recommend reviewing the corresponding section in the documentation archives.]
If you encounter a problem with any step of the installation process, please contact Technical Support using the Contact Us link in the upper-right corner of this page for help installing.

In that case, you should contact the Sales group (using that same Contact Us link) for information about pricing for a cluster of a size appropriate for the application you have in mind.
