c++ using matlab function 'vrrotvec2mat'

Hi, I write a file.m, and I use vrrotvec2mat in it to get a rotation matrix. then I use mcc -W cpplib:... to get the .lib,.h,.dll . I use them in vs2013,it gets a error: Undefined functio or variable 'vrrotvec2mat'. I don‘t know what's wrong? May someone help me? Thanks in advance.
