Hello Experts, i have code while running it gives XLSREAD unable to open file 'cleveland.xls' i have attached the code and dataset. please help to remove this syntax error

The filename is ‘cleveland.csv’, not ‘cleveland.xls’.
Your code should work with that change in all your xlsread calls.

What does the rest of the error message say?
What are ‘nh’ and ‘l1’? (I assume they are scalars, so if they are not, it is necessary to know that.)
What are the sizes of ‘H’ and ‘Data.y’?
