I want to do a system for iris recognition and I want to use Convolutional Neural Network for feature extraction and classification but I don't now how to label (matching and non-matching) the data for training and testing ... is their iris database

You can check the following link https://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets.html or search '' UCI DATA REPOSITORY'' May be you will find your desire data set

I am trying to implement channel estimation for OFDM system using deep neural networks. I have used randomly created channel in preparing datasets containing 10000 LS estimated raw channels. How do I give labels to the those channels to use in Deep neural networks for refining the raw channel
