How to plot a trapezoidal 2D section in matlab?

Hello, I want to plot a trapezoidal 2D section with x,y,z. x and y are the coordinates, z is the value at that point. The section is like the last one in this link: http://www.interpex.com/dos_programs/ip2d.htm
