라이센스 관련 문의드립니다.

대학교에서 MATLAB을 지원해주는 것을 알고 계정을 학교 메일로 가입을 했는데 목적을 학교 연구용이 아니라 학생용으로 해서 라이센스가 발급되질 않았습니다. 계정 설정 변경에서도 가입 목적을 변경 할 수 가 없는데 이 경우 어떻게 해야 라이센스를 받아서 MATLAB을 설치할 수 있나요?

라이선스 사용 목적은 연구용이나 학생용 둘다 사용 가능합니다.
사용 목적이 캠퍼스 라이선스 연결이나 사용에 영향을 주지 않으니 다른 조건을 확인해 보세요
- 계정 이메일은 학교 이메일을 사용해야 합니다. (네이버, 구글등 사용 안됨)
- 학교 이메일로 계정을 만들고 자동 연결이 안될 경우 활성화키를 사용하여 연결 가능합니다
MathWorks에서는 활성화 키를 공개하지 않으니 키가 필요한 경우 학교에 문의하세요
다른 문의나 관련 질문은 MathWorks 로그인 후 내 계정에 서비스 요청하기로 문의 하시면 됩니다.

You need to contact Mathworks Support to have them change your profile. The volunteers do not have access to account information.

So, that means I have to call the support center, not do by my self? On the site, I can't use the support sysyem online because i don't have any license number. There's no way to do by my own, is that right?
