how do i solve this equation: curl E = - dB/dt

hello everybody ! As part of my master's internship, I will try to solve this equation (maxwell faraday equation: curl E = -dB/dt) using MATLAB software. According to my research, a lot of differential equations are solved using pdetoolbox but I'm not sure that I can use it to solve mine. I would like to know if there is anyone who has worked with this kind of equation. I will be very grateful if you can help me
