     X = [64,1,0,1,11,1,4,1,-1,1,0,3,-2,1,-6,1,2,1,0,8,1,1,0,1,-1,1,0,10,-1,1,1,1,0,1,1,1,0,5,-1,1,0,22];

I have this vector and I want to Huffman encode it and then Huffman decode it again ?
