how to move line in a figure continuously by which one of its ends fixed at zero and the ling move around zero

You mean like?
r = 1;
theta = 0:0.01:(2*pi);
y = r.*exp(1j*theta);
for nn = 1:length(theta)
quiver(0,0,real(y(nn)),imag(y(nn)));
axis([-1 1 -1 1]); grid on;

can i make line rotate 300 deg then stop and rotate in the revers direction 300 deg also and so on?
