How can I modify 33 bus case on MATPOWER to model a 33 bus with 63/20kV substation with PV and EV?

Hi everyone,
Could someone please assist me in finding the loadflow of a IEEE 33 bus 20kV system with PV stations (modelled as PV buses) and EV modelled as PQ buses using the default case in MATPOWER for the 33 bus.
I have attached diagram of the test network
Appreciate the help.

I changed the system in order to adjust it to my loads which are more real nowadays, in my opinion. I attached the paper to this comment.
