error in simulating hdl cosimulation block

hello, I am facing an error of "failed to connect to server. make sure the loaded HDL simulator library is using shared memory" while running the simulink model. I generated the VHDL code, test bench and cosimulation model using HDL workflow advisor. I am facing same problem while running the demos, It will be really usefull if you help me in correcting this error.
