How to configure RFID reader/writer RC522 in Matlab by Raspberry Pi 3

Good Morning Everybody!
I have Raspberry Pi 3 and RFID reader/writer RC522. I know how to connect this with raspberry (in attached file):
But I dont really know how to setup this in Matlab for reading/writing tags.
Does anyone know how to do this?

This picture is for Rpi 2 but I can do this in Rpi 3 too.
