Processing images in a directory

Hey guys,
I have a folder of around 200 images (*.jpg). I'd like to load all the files and run a same process on each file. How can I do that? Imagine I simply want to convert the images to black and white. What's the approach? Thanks

Thanks it works well.
I used it to convert the images to bw. But I need another line to overwrite the images. I need to save them
