Hi is there a way to fuse difference classifiers using Multi Objective Optimization ? Using Accuracy and Diversity as two parameters?

First of all bare with my question as I am still a novice in Matlab.
I want to create Ensemble of classifiers. Since I need to use different types of classifiers therefore cant use fitcensemble. Now problem is when I combine classifiers decisions I can only resort to majority voting right now. I was hoping to include Multi Objective Optimization which will allow me to pic best set of classifiers based on diversity and accuracy. Is there a way to achieve that in Matlab ?
