i want to display the real time graph and also i need to record at the same time, i have two different programs for these, is it possible to display real time and also to record?

The FEX-contribution Multicore - Parallel processing on multiple cores and other FEX-contribution might help you.
"[...] at the same time" is possible to mimic in one Matlab session. Provide more detail.
