Could anyone share the simple mmc converter simulink model?

Hi, I am working on simulation of modular multilevel converter. I am using the phase disposition method for modulation but capacitor voltage in different sub module is not equal.

Hi,
You need to introduce cell capacitor voltage balance control for capacitor voltage balancing. You can find out this method in research papers.

If you are using the MATLAB 2017a or 2017b then you can directly go to the simulink examples. there you can find the single phase mmc model. If not then I am sending you the model please find the attached. If you have older version then I am afraid that you are unable to open this model but may be you can change the MATLAB preferences this would help you.

I am unable to understad your question. You want to introduce short circuit or open circuit fault in Igbt. You can only put the one of the phase of the MMC to be short circuited or open circuit and it will be the ac side fault. For this purpose, you can use the 'Three phase fault' block from the simpower library. Using this block you can introduce single phase to ground, phase-phase, three-phase fault. For fault duration you can use the clock with the interval block.

Dear actually I am working on submodule fault detection for MMC and for this I want to introduce fault in upper or lower IGBT of the submodule.
