Hi, I want to create a semi algorithmic plot for step size.In matlab documentation reference model 'ssc_pneumatic_rts_reference' is given.I'm not able to find it.I want to build plot as given below.

https://www.mathworks.com/help/physmod/simscape/ug/determine-system-stiffness.html became part of Simscape in R2015b. Do you have Simscape licensed and installed? Which MATLAB release are you using?

I'm using matlab R2017a.Then what to do?Can I build some model for an algorithm on simulink?I need to plot step size for cuckoo search algorithm.

Mathworks does not provide any cuckoo search algorithm. There is at least one such program in the File Exchange though. You could modify the code to return and plot whatever you want.
