i need spiral as shown in figure, i have some spiral equation in attached file.

Please ask a specific question. Does the color matter? Do you need the 2 different planes as in the picture? Does the orientation matter (right or left handed)? You provide a paper with some equations, but what kind of help do you expect? should the readers of your question implement all equations?
