First question: Is there a way to get standard deviation of the interpolated value from the interp1? Second question: In general, what library do you usually use to do error propagation or standard deviation of a data set?

Hi Arbol, What does your data look like? Is it 1-D or 2-D.
You can calculate standard deviation using the MATLAB function "std"
