Plot two graphs inside a loop and link markers with lines

I am trying to plot a line plot for two graphs inside a for loop. The scatter plot working but the line plot is not working. Also I want to link the markers with the lines in a increasing manner. Would like to get some help if possible.
for i = 1:5:49
scatter(T -i*dt,expt_bls(:,i),25,'b');
title('Exposure vs Time','Fontsize',12,'Fontweight','bold','Color','k');
xt = get(gca, 'XTick');
yt = get(gca, 'YTick');
set(gca, 'FontSize', 12)
xlabel('Time')
ylabel(Exposure')
hold on
scatter(T - i*dt,expt_reg(:,i),25,'r');
legend('BS','Regression');
end

What do you mean by "link the markers with the lines in an increasing manner"? There are a bunch of properties you can modify, including marker color, line color, marker size, and line width.
