Why does my Sim Power Systems model not work after upgrade to R2017a?

Hi!
I have recently upgraded my Matlab from R2013a to R2017a. However my so far working simulation is experiencing an issue with on of the blocks. Upgrade advisor did not help, although it did find some warnings with these blocks and said to correct them. I am providing a screenshot with the missing model icon as well as the error message provided.
