I have a Java.util.Vector

myData=[[0, 1, 1, 1, 1], [0, 0, 1, 1, 1], [0, 0, 0, 1, 1], [0, 0, 0, 0, 1], [0, 0, 0, 0, 0]]

want to convert this into matrix as

 M=  0 1 1 1 1
0 1 1 1
0 0 1 1
0 0 0 1
0 0 0 0
