How do i retrieve columns headers from table based on condition value in matlab?

Dear experiences

i have a table in matlab where this table is dissimilarity table.. and look like the following structure:

             Name1   Name2   Name3....
  Name1       1      0.5      0.2 
  Name2      value   value   value 
  Name3      ....................
  etc...

then, Name1, Name2 ...etc are patterns, so if i need now to read the query about these names look like
query="Name1" ; and
Value= 0.5 ;
then from the above table... the result perhaps retrieve in cell array, look like,
result={Name1, Name2},where these columns have values greater than or equal to 0.5
and for a given query such that
query="Name2" ; and
Value= 0.3 ;
result={whatever columns headers have values greater than or equal to 0.3}, and so on for others...
