simulink real time maximum hardware support?

Hi. i need to know the maximum physical RAM and CPUs supported by simulink real time (xpc-target). can i use simulink real time on the target with 256 GB RAM installed?

Hi Nicky,
In R2020a and earlier, Simulink Real-Time uses a 32-bit real-time OS (RTOS) on the target machine. The maximum quantity of RAM that can be used by your real-time application on the target is therefore 4GB. Extra RAM of the target can be addressed as ERAM for data logging for example, see here.
Starting from R2020b, Simulink Real-Time is based on a 64-bit RTOS, and that limitation is lifted.
